Open the bottle and place the reeds into the fragrance oil. Turn the reeds over occasionally to refresh the scent.

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the date you received it, provided that the following conditions are met:

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original condition and with its packaging unopened and intact.

When returning a product, you have two options:

Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a non-defective product, the following charges apply:

Return shipping within Greece: €3

Cash on Delivery fee for the new parcel: €2

Shipping cost for the new parcel: €3 if the difference between the value of the returned products and the new products is less than €50 / free of charge if the difference is €50 or more

Return shipping from Cyprus: €10

Shipping cost for the new parcel to Cyprus: €10

Refund

In this case, return shipping costs of €3 for Greece or €10 for Cyprus will be deducted from the value of the product or products returned. The refund will be made to your bank account.

The refund will be processed within 10 days from the date the returned products are received by our company.

IMPORTANT NOTES

If the return is not completed within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, or if any of the above return conditions are not met, misa.gr reserves the right to refuse the return and not proceed with an exchange or refund.

Proof of purchase and the return form are required in all cases.

Products you wish to return may only be sent through our cooperating courier company, ACS Courier.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

In the event of any defect, for example if the product has been altered or broken inside the packaging during shipment, a replacement can only be made provided that we are notified on the day the order is received. After this period, replacement is not possible.

In such cases, the defective product will be replaced with a new one at no additional cost to you.

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1. Contact us by email at info@misa.gr

Step 2. Pack the product securely in the original packaging in which it was delivered, in order to avoid damage during transportation. Please include the proof of purchase in the parcel.

Step 3. Send the parcel via ACS Courier by contacting your nearest ACS branch.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Returns sent to any other company address or to any cooperating retail points of sale will not be accepted.

If the returned parcel is received and the product does not meet the return conditions described above, the return will not be accepted. The product will be sent back to the customer and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Orders are shipped exclusively via courier.

The private courier company we work with is ACS Courier.

Orders cannot be shipped outside Greece and Cyprus.

Orders within Attica, Thessaloniki and major urban areas are delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Orders to the rest of Greece are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
